I took my broken laptops in to get the information transferred to my new laptop. They provided great service and their prices were much more reasonable than other places I called. I feel like they went above and beyond expectations to help me out! I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you!

While cleaning my keyboard (a little too forcefully, I guess) I popped off one of the keys. First he suggested purchasing a replacement key which I did and he offered to install it for free. When I took my laptop in we discovered they had sent the wrong key so I opted for a new keyboard. The price was lower than Infotech in Federal Way and after receiving the part only took him a couple of hours to install. Plus he cleaned the fan which was causing the laptop to run hot and fix the screen hinges! I have never had such great service — fast, efficient and reasonable! I have definitely recommended him to anyone with any type of needed computer repairs!
