Customer of about five years, they constantly make mistakes and remakes to cover the mistakes, my last order was a remake, now they want me to pay for this remake after I fedex returned the original parts with proof of tracking and payment as well as their salesman agreeing to the return, I recorded x12 parts and am being sent to a collection agency for x24 parts. Not one person for this company will listen to why they made and mistake and tossed a customer in the trash, I need more parts too pretty ironic, thanks for the stellar service to my small business.

Pegasus NW created a beautiful cross for our church sanctuary and logo and lettering signage for our entryway foyer. Their work was flawless, on-​time, and they have the absolutely best customer service of any company I’ve done business with in the Pacific Northwest.

I have been working on a project at the University of Washington and went to Pegasus NW for a couple CNC jobs. I’m sure that the work I brought to them was nothing compared to what they’re capable of doing, but I had a very pleasant experience with them nonetheless and would like to share it.
I have been to Pegasus NW twice now to have two separate jobs CNCed which were of different designs and had different materials. They were able to work with many different formats of drawings, including .stp, .iges, or even hand drawings. The finished product was absolutely exceptional and was exactly what I wanted.
Most importantly, the employees were extremely helpful, friendly and were willing to work around any odd issues that came up. I would definitely recommend Pegasus Northwest to anyone!
