Perfect Cut

I have been going here for a long time. The lady that owns perfect cuts is really nice, but she does rush when cutting your hair, even when nobody is waiting for a hair cut. It would be nice if she slowed down a little!

Great hair cuts, great price and the owner is very sweet!!! I come here all the time refer everyone I know to come here!!! Yes she is very fast but that’s good because I’m always in a hurry.

I agree with everything Jay said. I had the exact same experience. It was low quality and rushed. The lady was not rude to me, she just didn’t put any time or care into the job. Oh well, if you’re not taking care of the customer, you’ll just keep losing business.

This has been in business for many years now, but it feels like the lady who runs the business and cuts the hair is getting too complacent, rushing through the haircut and the quality just isn’t there. The haircut is far from perfect and more towards the mediocre side. I understand its a business but she seems to always be in a rush all the time even when there is nobody else in line. So I believe she needs to slow down and get back into the quality of cuts and don’t rush. Another thing is that a few times now she is trying to multitask cutting hair while talking on the phone or her friend just comes in and sit there having a full conversation in Vietnamese during the entire session. Not very professional if you ask me and totally makes the session awkward when you’re trying to tell her on how to cut your hair in a certain style and to the way you like. Well hell I’m the one paying for it so she should at least listen and allow me to tell her the way I want it, but instead I get this attitude like your interrupting my conversation WTF. Not very professional and this place won’t get another dollar from me. I highly don’t recommend this place.
