Puget Sound Alignment

I hope all find this place! If you want down-​to-​earth, genuinely nice people to work on your car or truck, this IS the place! Mark and Lon are the most helpful people and are the only guys that answer the phones and work on the cars. I know all the businesses in the area trust them and for good reason. When you go there, you’ll understand what I’m talking about! They KNOW their stuff and can offer the advice you need to make the best decision. If you’re looking for a kid to come running to your car when you pull up or for free beef, this is not the place for you… But if you want real advice on how to keep your car safe and fixed right– then you need to go to Puget sound alignment!

I was very happy with my work done at Puget. they are the only shop I would recommend to anybody– hands down these guys are trustworthy and reasonable. The actual owners are the mechanics so you know you are dealing with who actually works on your car. And they have many, many years of experience. I am all about getting great customer service. And Puget Sound Alignment was wonderful.

Took my 94′ Caddy Seville there with some strange issues with the front end, a brake leak I needed identified and a low budget. They fixed the front end alignment in a couple of hours for around $ 75 and told me exactly where the leak was and helped me figure out what the part was actually called so I could buy it and replace it myself! Very helpful for a extremely reasonable price and I trust them now. I will definitely bring other work to them and recommend them to others!

Our car slid on an icy road into a curb. Another shop got the car driveable again, but couldn’t fix a front-​end clunk. After 3 visits, I gave up on them and sought a specialist: Puget Sound Alignment (24 441 Pacific Highway S, Kent). During a ten minute test drive PSA’s Mark the Mechanic (and owner?) diagnosed the problem that had eluded the other shop. Then he took an air wrench, went underneath the front end, and two minutes later said, «That should fix it. No charge.» Incredible. I was desperate for a fix, and he knew it. Yet, he didn’t do any unnecessary parts or labor. He will have all my suspension work in the future. I’ve already made an appointment for next week for some routine work.
The shop itself is a relic of the 1950’s, but is nonetheless a gem. My highest recommendation. (I’ll be placing this review wherever I can.)
