For the serious coffee drinker.
I took the 3 hour course and really enjoyed it. I recently purchased a high quality barista machine and found this class very helpful. What I liked most about the class is that there are only 6 students and the instructor was a real perfectionist. We had plenty of opportunity to practice making coffee and milk artwork (although it is a lot harder than one would think). There was plenty of supplies and a lot of interaction with the instructor. The machines we used were very high quality commercial barista machines and coffee grinders. Plenty of room for the students to practice. It was a great Groupon deal as well.

I did their 3 hour home barista course which I purchased through a Groupon. Scheduling it was a little painful (multiple emails and phone calls to get a confirmation) but the course itself was fantastic. Over the 3 hours we covered extraction, milk steaming, and latte art. The class was small (6 people) and the instructor did a great job of providing personalized advice to each person based on how they were going (i.e. he’d assist people that were struggling and provide more advanced exercises to people that were excelling). The class was extremely hands on for the whole time. I’d highly recommend this course if you’re wanting to up your espresso game,

Awesome! I took a class at the academy and it was amazing! Actually my class was rescheduled to another date, but they couldn’t reach me coz they lost my phone number, so when I came — the general manager gave me a private coffee brewing class. They really appreciate their clients! The quality of the class is really high and I learned a lot! Looking forward to take another class next month! Highly recommend!

My husband and I took a Milk Steaming and Espresso Extraction class. We found the class very fun! Steven, our instructor, was energetic and knowledgeable; he was personable and made the class very entertaining. Robert, the owner, was wonderful. He was accommodating and ran the business very professionally. We found it to be a fun date morning and will be highly recommend it to friends.
