Some Like It Shot Photography

Alisha and Holland are amazing! Not only are they great as partners, they are so personable and will do a great job connecting with their clients. I got my senior pictures taken through Some Like It Shot and they went above and beyond what I expected.

The stylist chosen to do my hair/​makeup absolutely nailed it. Alisha hand-​picks stylists and has a great eye for it.
Their differing artistic visions will make for a wide variety of ideas and poses to choose from in my gallery when I am deciding on what photos Id like to give to my loved ones for Christmas.
Having never modeled before, it was a bit nerve-​wrecking at first, but with Alisha’s direction and their welcoming nature, I eventually felt at ease.
I had my four-​month-​old puppy in many of my pictures and was extremely impressed with how well they were able to capture her personality and our bond.
They put a lot of time, effort, and heart into my shoot, and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the SeaTac area, especially anyone with pets.
This was my first time in front of the camera, but it won’t be my last because they’ve earned themselves another return customer.

When we were planning our wedding, one of the most important «must have» items needed to be checked off, and it was getting professional photographers to capture the special moments of the day. They love dogs (they have four of them — 3 of them are Deaf dogs!), and seem to have that special connection to get creatures of all kinds (that includes us humans) into the moment, creating amazing photos.

Note: Alisha and Holland are fluent in American Sign Language. So if you have deaf friends or family who are going to be in the photos, they are great to work with!

One day somehow I will be able to say thank you for everything Alisha and Holland have done for my family. Some Like It Shot Photography has taken part of our holidays, birthday parties, and made me into a cheese cake pin up doll. On Friday Alisha stepped into a world and photographed a military ceremony that would otherwise been forgotten.
I cannot recommend a photographer on a more personal or professional level in any other way. Capturing the moments of our lives in a heartfelt way with sensitivity, respect, and honor and trusting Some Like It Shot with every moment of our lives is worth more than money. I can never put it into words or say thank you enough.

Alisha has photographed our puppies 2x-she’s wonderfully talented, LOVES animals and is a seasoned animal photographer. She followed our puppies around and just took the most amazing candids, as well as still shots. From both sessions, I have the most beautiful photos of my puppies and everyone that sees the pics just raves about them. Alisha loves her work and loves animals… not to mention she’s an incredibly warm, kind and overall great person to work with — her website is great too!

Alisha is a great photographer. She took the most amazing photographs of my little Pomeranian Molly. She was great at getting little Molly’s attention and was able to capture her personality. I would highly recommend her. Not only is she a great photographer, she is a super nice person.
