Great crossfit box! I travel for work periodically, and have visited seven or eight different boxes so far. This place is my favorite box. The trainers are knowledgable, the workouts are well developed, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. They let traveling crossfitters to dropin at no charge, and still treat you like a member.
If we ever move to this area, we’d join in a second.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!
The trainers have YEARS of experience and the WOD’s show that they know what they’re doing. Their workouts get results, yet are fun.
The equipment keeps workouts fresh and different. Keeps us coming back without fear of boredom.
The community is very inviting, eager to help new members and accept everyone no matter how advanced or new they may be.
If you’re considering Crossfit, you cannot go wrong with SPC Crossfit.
