What’s there to say? It’s a Starbucks drive-thru. I have a curse that about 85% of the time I order a drink, it’s incorrect. Not just at this location, is just Starbucks in general. AND I used to work there. The gentleman that first spoke through the box was pleasant, the girl following seemed annoyed. It didn’t help that my voice«kept fading out» when I spoke. No biggie, fix your box guys. Got my drink successfully(it was correct! Huzzah.), paid, and went on my way.

Since my last review in April, I’ve noticed a DRASTIC change in this Starbucks. Not sure if it’s a change in management, or a change in staff(I’ve noticed an awful lot of new baristas) but this little ‘Bux is steppin’ up its game! In the past month(maybe longer), I’ve been frequenting this location just because it’s sooo close. Each time I’ve gone, they’ve actually gotten my entire order correct, provided amazing customer service, and a few times, some of the baristas actually carried on genuine conversations with me. So, cheers to you 102nd. You’ve improved so much! Only reason I give this place a 4 instead of a 5 is the line tends to get veryyyy long and the way the parking lot is formatted, the beginning of the line practically clashes with the end of the line — not a good setup, and an accident waiting to happen.

These baristas can’t even make a classic oatmeal right and after waiting behind 10+ cars to return it u get crappy attitude save yourself time and get better service by going to the location on 256th!!!

Usually like this Starbucks but today was seriously the worst customer service I’ve encountered. All attitude as I was handing her my money. I pulled out a ten to tip but had to put it back in my purse. I hope I don’t ever see her again.

Won’t sell you a coffee unless you are in a car– no accommodation for anyone on foot. I would have hoped starbucks would be more forward-thinking than this. Very disappointed not to have been able to buy a coffee after walking there.

No shirts, no shoes, no car, no service. My car was being serviced up the street and this was the only starbucks in the area. No one was in line and I walked up to the window to see if they would take an order even though I didn’t have my car… apparently not. I’ve never experienced car discrimination before.

Starbucks is my go-to choice for chai tea lattes, frappucinos, and other specialty drinks. I was so excited that a shop opened up closer to home. My first drink from this location was disappointing. I wanted something with chocolate so I ordered a hot chocolate and specifically asked for«tall»(this beverage is on the kids menu). I was charged for a tall, but got a «short”/kid’s size(8oz). On top of that, they didn’t add whip cream, even after asking if i wanted whip cream and saying yes. I also did not receive a receipt to check my order. A little more than $ 3 is not worth it for 8oz of hot chocolate and no whip cream. I was not trying to wait in that drive-thru for another 5 minutes, so I drove home thinking I could make a phone complaint or maybe ask if pricing is different for this location. They don’t have a phone number?! No way of contacting this location at all. I still love Starbucks very much and I will be sticking to the Starbucks baristas at the Target location in Kent.

So cute! This location is a mini store, with drive through only. From what I’ve read, it’s made of reclaimed materials. I love the look! I also love that they’re more friendly than the other store on the way down to 167. The loop around the store may be tight for long cars… But I assume someone tested that out.
