I’ve been practicing yoga here for the last 10 months and I can honestly say that Susan is the most caring and thoughtful yoga instructor I have ever been with. She really pays attention to correct form and body mechanics to make sure you don’t hurt yourself while practicing yoga. She incorporates different props to make sure you get the most out of the pose too! An hour and a half of stress free yoga with Susan is the best way to start the day!
