My boyfriend was experiencing some issues with his phone… We literally walked in, and walked out two seconds later when the employee diagnosed the problem and somehow, turned the phone back on.

I just happened to stop by this store and pay my bill, when I had the pleasure to talk to one of the employees Kyle. We talked about several different things and he was very knowledgeable about each product. I ended up walking out the store with a brand new Ipad that I am very about. Very friendly, great customer service, funny individual. I recommend him to anyone that just happens to stop by this T-​mobile and need any questions answered!
