Taco Bell

Hit or miss. Don’t go here late nights because there’s a 50% chance they’ll mess up your order or forget something. This the 3^rd time they forgot something and charged me for it. Didn’t find out til I got home of course and no receipt to even prove it this time. She must of kept it. I’m done with this location. I love Taco Bell but not this one.

Ordered my meals through drive thru. And she forgot our starburst drink, and also she forgot my spoon for my cheesy fiesta potatoe, hshe was so busy flirting with her coworker that she just had the worst service, now we are thirsty and eating with our fingers… Pure sadness, do your job right or just don’t work! Plus she did not give us a receipt!!!
She was a younger Mexican gal.
Update: I’m so irritated, thanks for giving me a BLT with no bacon!!!
Never coming to this Taco Bell ever again!!!

This Taco Bell makes the best bean and cheese burritos! They are cheesy and red sauce is plenty! Most taco bells have over cooked or dry beans and barely any cheese and little to no red sauce! I literally order extra red sauce at all other Taco Bells and am inclined to start order extra cheese to and maybe I will order fresh beans lol

Gets 5 stars for 3 words: chili cheese burrito! Taco bells in California got rid of them YEARS ago…’bout had a heart attack when I saw it on the menu here. I’m a happy girl =]

Love this taco bell, Favorite one in the area. Fast service. The ladies working there a really nice.

This restaurant gets 3 stars which is only because of the area manager. If not for her setting things right, it would’ve gotten only 1.
We went to this Taco Bell around midnight and ordered about $ 15 worth of food. We paid by debit card and as we drove away, we realized they had forgotten something. The drive-​thru line had a few cars and my boyfriend decided go inside to get another volcano taco. This taco bell is 3 miles from our house and it wasn’t until we got home that we realized they overchaged us… BY $ 60 DOLLARS!

It was late, so we called the next day (Sat.) to get the overcharge resolved. The manger wasn’t in and didn’t call us back until Sunday. She told us, «Come back and we’ll give you the difference back.»
Wait… so they forget an item, overcharge the hell out of us, and we have to drive 3 miles there and 3 miles back… for the DIFFERENCE?!? Aside from gas being as expensive as it is, the whole experience was utterly outrageous.
My boyfriend goes back and they basically stuff $ 60 in his hand and send him on his way. Horrible customer service. So, on Monday we called the Taco Bell line to complain (we called on Sunday) and we were told it would take up to 3 business days for someone to get back to us. On Wednesday (about 3pm) I called back. I was told, «well the business day is not over yet… it will be over in 2 hours, you should get a call by then.»
So I waited… yep, you guessed it, no phone call!
Soooo… we called BACK again Thursday and we were told, «you have to wait 3 business days.» AGAIN??? Not just no… HELL NO!
(And THIS is the reason I took off 2 stars… all the aggravation!)
We asked to speak to the supervisor and after we were done explaining the whole crazy ordeal, he agreed it was unacceptable and said the district manager would call us back. (To his credit, the guy was very sympathetic and understood).
The district manager called us back that day and after we explained everything to her, she did what the restaurant manager should have done in the beginning and gave us respect, understanding and a willingness to make things right. We won’t go back to this location, but we will go to another one.
I really hope they shape up this Taco Bell.

For a taco bell, I have to say this is my favorite location. They always load of the tacos and the people are actually really nice. The reason I give it 5 stars for a fast food is that their floors are not all sticky when you leave. Food good, environment clean, good by me!

For being a taco bell it was ok. Tried the new diet steak tacos — they weren’t to bad — the meat was actually quite good… Daughter had the burrito minus sour cream and liked it. We also got sides of rice and beans. Dinner for 2 for $ 6 — not bad. Items were made when we ordered, got them quickly and the place was clean — maybe I’ve hated Taco Bell all these years for no good reason. It’s been at least 12 years since I was here — but it probably won’t be 12 months before I go back. Quick and cheap.
