Also the so called managers name is Jennifer Cochran, good luck trying to find her she never comes to work.

This apartment complex is a joke. No one is ever in the office. Stopped by the other day to see an apartment because no one answers the phone number listed. Their already practically closed 3 days of the week which is unbelievable. I can see Sunday but no need to be closed Monday and only open a few hrs on Saturday. Today I came again around 2:30ish and the sign says showing an apartment back at 3pm. Came back around 3:30pm and still same sign and no one in office. I gave up around 4:30pm. Someone is not doing their job and lying about it.
I saw a few other residents or future residents come to the door and leave because no one is in.
How does anything get done around here?
I’m quite disappointed especially driving around and seeing the property on my own. The lines for the parking stalls look like they haven’t been painted in yrs, the no fire parking lane is almost not visible on the ground (can’t you get fined for this?) The paint on the curbs are chipping off quite badly, the rooftops on the carports in areas are falling off and needs work, the grass isn’t being treated there’s spots missing of grass everywhere probably from pets, there’s a random recycle can up by the parking stalls by office which probably is missing from on of the 3 corner garbage areas. Why is rent so high here? For owners to pocket profit?! There’s no pool or anything here and by the way things look liked today of how their being ran I won’t be back and no longer interested.
There’s apartments in Lakeland hills around this complex price range and offer pool, exercise room etc. Just a further drive and this complex was nice due to my drive North. But I’d rather be somewhere where the property is being taken care of and office associates do their job and don’t lie about where they are.
I hope this input wakes up whoever owns the property to do some work and that they do something about their office associates lying for where they are. I hope I am a voice for current and newly interested residents.
