I am disappointed to say my experience was poor. Maybe beccause I was the buyer in the deal and not her client. When it was discovered that a document submitted was actually a service from 9 months previous, she refused to correct it. Her remark was to say sue us. I expected better from a professional. I thought there was a code of conduct for realtors. You forgot, Rosie, today’s buyer may be tomorrow’s client. May your lack of moral ethics catch up with you sooner rather than later.

Is there a 10 star rating on Unilocal?!I would give Rosie and her team at least that! I had the great pleasure of working with her in May/June 2013 to sell my home in Renton, WA… in 3 days! Bar none, she is downright exceptional. From start to finish — and beyond, she handled every detail, was always available to me for questions and updates, guided me through the process and left no detail unattended to. Absolutely phenomenal! Do not waste any more time hunting for agents to buy/sell your home. Rosie is the only game in town! Thanks Rosie!!! You are the best!!!
