My husband and I have really enjoyed working with the staff from Valley. Everyone is very nice. We especially appreciate the salesman Randy. He is very knowledgeable about the product lines, and takes the time to answer our questions. We have never felt pressured to buy something, and he has always been extremely courteous while we have kicked the tires before making a decision. Thank you Randy, your our favorite salesman ever.

Worst «RV buying» experience ever. I put that it quotations because we never even got to the part of looking at one.
Right out the gate they told us what our trade-​in is worth, which is low blue book, 50k below retail. We’ve done this enough to know that you’re going to give us something in the middle. I’m not taking a 50k loss so you can make that money when you resell it.
They didn’t even find out if we have the ability to take a loss. Here’s a good idea. show us your RVs, let us fall in love and then haggle out the details. Oh, and maybe in all the stupid questions they asked us, our names could have been on the list.

Breland Fox is AMAZING! Last week I was online looking at rv’s and chatted online with Breland regarding what we were looking for in a motorhome, and he suggested several which I clicked on and then was able to ask my important questions right away! After answering TONS of questions I scheduled a day to come in and look at two that we had discussed.
Breland was EXTREMELY patient and never pushed us in anyway. I ended up putting down a deposit and returned Saturday with my sister and rest of the family to verify this was the right unit, and once again he was AMAZINGLY patient with all 6 of us! After making our final decision we met with Derek Smith the finance manager. Derek was also incredibly patient!!! This was the second largest purchase in my life aside from buying my home, and they made the experience relaxing, stressless, and actually fun! Everyone there is kind & outgoing! They share in the customers excitement yet NEVER EVER push you or make you uncomfortable.
Don’t waste your time with any other dealership, especially anything located in Fife! Just go straight up to Valley RV Supercenter and ask for Breland Fox

This has to be the best trailer place in the world. I bought my trailer from them two years ago, got the extended warranty and have had it serviced many times by their expert and professional service staff. Why would you want to go anywhere else for your trailer or its service? They are the best hands down. Chris and Nick in the service center take care of me like no one else. To All, I wanted to write this review of my experience at Valley RV Super Center and more over the lack of caring after buying my trailer.
My wife and I decided to buy and RV and looked on line and spotted one at the Valley RV Super Center. We went and took a look at the one and loved it. The sales person did not have to walk us around the lot for hours showing us all the other RV’s or anything. We made our decision right then and there and made it extremely easy on the sales person. When we got to the haggling part we then also made it very easy on the sales person and Valley RV not asking for the world and getting the process rolling.
So having said all that in which amounts to pretty much paying full price for the RV putting a large down payment and making the process very easy for the sales person and Valley RV you would think that they would be gracious enough to through in a couple of freebies like a spare tire cover (which amounts to advertisement) or a propane tank cover or anything to show any type of appreciation for purchasing one of their RV’s. NOTHING WAS GIVIN. I have even ask after replying to their numerous spam e-​mails and customer satisfaction e-​mails. Replying to a 1 year anniversary e-​mail even cc the original sales person hinting that to give one of those freebies would make us feel better about the whole transaction.
In closing Valley RV Super store in Kent, WA. (619 Washington Ave N) could care less about you after you sign the dotted line. They refuse to even after paying full price for an RV, to even give you a free tire cover or propane tank cover but has the audacity to continue to e-​mail you asking for you give them a good reference. Well here it is.
I WOUD NOT recommend Valley RV Super store due to their customer service during the transaction and after. If you want to feel like a number while dishing out thousands of dollars that’s the place for you. Oh and make sure you haggle a tire or propane cover before you sign the dotted line…

After driving two hours, the experience was the equivalent to dealing with a pushy car lot! Our sales rep, Rick showed us a handful of new and used trailers struggling to even unlock storage compartments. They pushed us to fill out finance papers and appeared irretated when we wouldn’t, even after being informed that we were already financing through our own credit union. Even at this, we still walked out with a purchase order for a new Jayco. During the long drive home we had more time to think this over. We decided to try another lot in Portland Oregon, the service approach was polar opposite. Needless to say, Portland got the sale. It’s 2015, and it’s time to learn up to date sales techniques. Just a suggestion, try a low pressure approach, give your clients room from time to time to discuss among each other, and lastly even at the end of your business day don’t be in such a hurry to push customers out the door and lose a sale. My goal here is not to bash this business but to inform potential customers, and to inform this place to try new things. Good luck to both, and we will enjoy our new trailer.

We purchased our jayco travel trailer from valley RV last summer. Our experience in buying this hardly used like new trailer was wonderful. The sales staff were all friendly and kind. The negotiating process was smooth and easy. We were able to pick the trailer up the following week in prestine condition. They noticed the microwave wasn’t working and quickly replaced it at no charge and also included an outdoor grill.
A year later we are off on a big trip. They are still providing excellent service. Any questions we have or help needed (like how to light the stove pilot light or drain the winterizing fluids) they are more than helpful and accommodating.
Thank you to Bob, an excellent and kind sales person, Billy, a knowledge and helpful service person, and Leslie in the parts area. We would recommend valley RV to anyone who wants a great trailer and over-​the-​top excellent service.

My Jayflight was damaged there while in for service. The exterior door was dented. I didn’t see it on the walk around because the door was open upon my arrival. It was at the exterior base of the door.
Upon contacting the service manager, he informed me that they would not fix it –and that even if they did damage it, I signed s waiver releasing of responsibility if it was damaged under their care.
When I finally contacted the Owner/​GM, he went on to add that he doesn’t need customers like me. Please keep in mind that I bought my 32tsbh Jay Flight from that dealership new. It appears to me their couldn’t care less about their customers or their concerns. At one point in an attempt to keep me quiet about the situation, he threatened me with slander and libel telling me his attorney would get involved. When I informed him that my wife is in fact an attorney, his response was, «Great. So you get that for free just like you’re trying to get us to fix your door for free!»
Our RV is owned outright by us. It’s not that we cannot afford to fix it, it’s about companies owning up when they make mistakes.
