I’ve always had great service at this Walgreen’s whether getting prescription or picking up a few things. Great customer service and fast.

Terrible service. Twice in a week I have dropped off my medication, waited 1 to 2 hours, then be told that they were out of it! They could’ve told me BEFORE so I could go to a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers getting their medication!

Pharmacy drive thru takes forever. I have seen several cars just sit at the window for 15 minutes

Just a pretty typical Walgreens. I decided to start coming here at night because the Fred Meyer in the area is just way too sketchy for me to be going to alone. At least Walgreens has a very nice, well-​lit parking lot.
Any time I’ve ever needed to grab something last minute, Walgreens has had it. Like last night — I needed to grab Ziploc bags and they had them!
I’ve also used their photo services a few times, and they’ve done a great job.

At the Photo area it was chaotic! There’s two machines but 1 only worked and then the other broke down.
So I had no service until the supervisor Eric came to help.
His customer service was exceptional!
Friendly, helped me out and with the lovely Walgreens app I got to print out my picture asap!
His service was great and I hope others look at him as a great example of customer service!

I only gave one star because I had too. This is most ghetto store I have ever been in it NEEDS SECURITY. I was afraid for my life in this store and will never return. Just go to Rite Aid across the street much nicer and and they have security

I wish I could give zero stars. The woman pharmacist I called was so incredibly rude on the phone, cutting me off mid-​sentence to curtly ask for my DOB instead of listening to me. I called back to check status the next day and she was even more rude. Well guess what? Bartell Drug is 15 min away in Fairwood and they are all incredibly friendly on the phone. I will never come back here, every single employee is beyond rude.

I needed an emergency refill on my meds. I had my Doctor call it in to this Walgreens location. I arrived at 5:35pm on Sunday 7−19−15. The pharmacist and his assistant were going to charge me for the refill, saying that the insurance company denied the coverage. We then called our Insurance company and they gave me the override phone number. I came back in, with it, at 5:55pm. The Pharmacist really didn’t want to make the call because it was too close to his closing time.
This is a young Asian man that has no compassion or care to complete his job. I will never go into this Walgreens again. I’ve had good service at other Walgreens.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow here. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes even if you’ve dropped your prescription off a day or days ahead. Drive thru won’t save you anytime either.

Just wrote to corporate. It’s clear this place doesn’t give a damn. I’ve been here probably a dozen times (11 times too many). There is never anyone in photo and the cashier people, seeing me stand there waiting, could care less. You actually have to ask them to call someone to help you. I’ve had many Walgreen’s employee see me at the counter and not one person asks if I need help. «No, of course not. I just love speaking to an invisible person». If I don’t get a response from corporate, I would say this is the Walgreen’s way and simply avoid it. I’ll update this email with their response. Why solicit a location that doesn’t want you there? Go elsewhere, everyone. Let this location close. Maybe then they’ll learn their lesson. Personally, I prefer the one in Renton which is where I live anyways. I go to this location because I am between Kent and Renton. Hopefully, corporate cares.

they used to be 24 hours but the service sucks they only stay tell 10 «review can change everything sooner or later there gonna close «
they dont follow right customer service the waiting game sucks it took me 1 hour 20 mins the whole ordeal

there is 6 people inside and it took so long just to get stuff done the manager does not care for the customers

Understanding that Walgreen’s provides a level of service to which we should all expect, this visit was horrid. The service was slow and the girl behind the photo booth counter had a serious attitude problem. I went to walgreen’s to pick up some photos I ordered online. Between being treated like an idiot and the woman outside the front door begging for money, I won’t be back

I would give this place a ZERO if I could. Horrible, horrible service in the Pharmacy each and every time I’ve given this place a chance. On Valentine’s Day, I dropped off a Rx at 12:30 p.m. Came to pick it up at 9:30 p.m. and you guessed it — NOT READY. And when they finally did find my script, they were rude as rude could be about it. Overall, the store is dirty and unkempt. I have no idea how this place stays in business, but I will not give them my money ever again. There are tons of different places I can do, and if I need a Rx filled late, there remains other choices for that now too. DON’T GO HERE!

It’s a Walgreen’s, what do you expect?
I suppose that’s not what anyone wants to see for a business, especially one that wants to make money. But it’s true!
There are certain areas of the store that if you told me they haven’t been restocked in 24 years, I’d believe you. I think it was towards the end of the cosmetics on the left wall. Just… so old looking. Eep.
I come in for a specific need, never to just shop. However, I’ve never ever seen anyone that works here outside of the checkout area and they don’t have a Redbox outside… So I try to go to Rite Aid when I can. (It’s across the street.)

There’s something wrong with this location, something that isn’t wrong with the location a few miles up the road. This location simply cannot fill prescriptions in anything even remotely resembling a timely fashion. My wife has her prescriptions filled here. They’re set up on auto-​renew, and have been for several years, but each time she gets the notification to her smart phone that the prescription has been refilled, when she gets to the pharmacy she’s told that the prescription hasn’t actually been refilled — and that the staff doesn’t know why. Today she submitted her blood pressure medication for renewal at 8:30am, but when she got to the pharmacy to pick it up at 6pm, after waiting in line for 30 minutes because only one person was working the registers in the pharmacy (for both walk-​up and drive-​thru), she was told that it hadn’t been refilled. When asked why, all the staff could tell her was the «don’t know,» but to try back a couple hours later.
This happens with her anti-​depressants, her blood pressure medication, her sleeping medication, her birth control, and any other medications she happens to have to call in (antibiotics, pain killers, etc.). Even when her doctor faxes prescriptions to them directly, they either lose the prescription or it takes them 3 days or more to fill them. They’ve done such a bad job of filling prescriptions that they’ve taken down the «call us with feedback» sign and phone number for the corporate office.
Meanwhile, I use the Walgreens up the road, and I’ve yet to have a problem with them filling or refilling prescriptions.

Let me start off by saying: This is Walgreens, not Nordstrom– customer service here will be as good as drug-​store customer service gets! I come here because it’s open 24 hours and directly on my way home from work. When I get off late and haven’t eaten yet, I stop by to browse for something to appease my stomach but usually end up at their trail-​mix deals (normally something like 2/​$ 7). I’m rather disappointed when I go in hopes of finding some source of «real food» that doesn’t involve cooking. They have a small frozen section and various add-​water noodles, but that’s as far as it goes here. So, trail mix it is. I will continue to shop here after my late night shifts to get my food-​fix due to the fact that’s it’s open when I need it– not to mention to get my dose of that ridiculously cute guy with that works the register some times. Aaron I think it is? Either way, heads up on that haha

Poorly stocked, shelves are a shambles, and staff shrugs when you ask if a missing item is in back.
The assistant manager was OK, but she had to cover for the cashier, who took over fifteen minutes to check out one customer, and the incompetent stocking shelves.
Once I finally got checked out, with half of what I came for, I could barely get past the pile of carts in front of the door.
Total chaos, unlike any other Walgreens I’ve been in.

The staff here is not very customer oriented. Stopped by here last night to pick something up. Two cashier lines open. One cashier was stuck with a couple that kept running back to the aisle for more stuff. The other cashier rang my friend up who used a coupon. Then instead of ringing me up, she proceeded to cut the coupon down to size… SLOWLY. My lilttle boy could have probably done it faster! After she cut all the edges off nicely, she put her scissors and coupon away and looked up with a surprised look to help me and the line that had formed behind me. Geez.

Pharmacy staff is usually not very friendly. I never really go in the store just use the drive-​threw but for the most part the staff seem to have better things to do that help paying costumers.
