Ann M Del Tredici, MS RD CDE

I decided to go see Ann with my mom who had already been seeing her. I have had celiac disease since 2010 and have never received help from a nutritionist before. I didn’t think there was anything someone could tell me about what to eat and go through everything I wasn’t allowed to eat, but Ann approached it in a way I had never experienced before. She taught me things about what was going on inside me that a doctor was never able to show me. She helped me see that food is such an important thing to our everyday culture and that its important to use it in a positive way and not abuse it. My absolute favorite thing about Ann though is the fact that she inspired me to want to be a nutritionist myself. I 100% recommend Ann and wish I could give her 10 stars!
