I have been a client of Physiotherapy for many years. I have gone there for various ailments including back, neck and shoulder. Each and every time Ying has worked with me and I have had 100% recovery in all areas of my body. She has been nothing short of a miracle worker for me. I have referred multiple people to her and everyone has had the same experience. She is a true professional — thoughtful, dedicated and a highly skilled physical therapist.

Knowledgeable, friendly therapists. I’ve had chronic lower back pain for two years. Ben was the first of 10 therapists I’ve been to that was able to assist me in making progress. Through a simple manual manipulation, I was able to exercise for the first time in two years without elevating my pain. He was also able to identify exercises that wouldn’t aggravate my injury — something previous therapists were unable to do. The overall vibe at this location is pleasant and I’m considering using their gym ongoing as I heal.

Back problems and surgeries have led me to the Physio at Kentfield. I have seen Jamie for weeks now and am very happy with my care. She spends lots of time working with patients manually, teaching needed stretches, and then exercises to piggy back on her work. She explains why she is doing everything and is easy to talk to. I would recommend this facility to family & friends. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and there for you.

Way too expensive for the minimal hands-on time. I was left to stand around waiting for an assistant to free up and was then quickly shown an exercise before she left me again. Meanwhile, I was charged $ 152 for«neuromuscular re-education», $ 86 for therapeutic exercise” and $ 81 for«manual therapy, ea 15 mins». Are you kidding me? Worst experience ever. I feel exploited.

Physical therapists just don’t get any better than Jamie at this location. She used to be at their Financial District location but relocated. I take time off work to drive to her new office in Marin — that should give you an idea of how much I love going to her. She has helped me through more than a few injuries — sprained left ankle, sprained right ankle, broken right wrist, and most recently a serious bout of plantar fasciitis in my right foot that stubbornly did not want to go away. Jamie really knows what she is doing and she is efficient, friendly, and kind. She is always looking to try something different to heal whatever ailment you may have if she thinks you could heal faster. Unfortunately I have chronic ankle instability, so I can expect to sprain my ankles every once in a while for the rest of my life. As long as Jamie keeps doing what she is doing, I’m not worried. She is truly the best.

I got a case of «drop foot» after crossing my legs on a long airplane ride. My physician recommended that I try physical therapy before going down the road of MRIs and back surgery. I went to Physiotherapy Associates in Kentfield. My Physical Terrorist(just kidding, I felt great during and after my weekly sessions!) Mary Katherine was superb and she repaired in two months vs. the four family led me to expect. And as a side benefit she took the«ropes» out of my lower back that have been plaguing me for quite a while. I put in the time on the home exercises that she prescribed as well as going to my weekly sessions.

Physical torture.(I mean therapy) with a smile. These are caring wonderful therapists even though they make me work rather hard to get my recently operated on hip back to normal. Very accommodating to the patients and they even have extremely early and after work hours.
