The service was a bit of a disappointment. We had a party planned for my 9 year old son and his friends. We thought the concept was a fantastic idea and everyone was looking forward to laser tag at our house. When the company arrived to set up they realized they had forgotten the actual laser tag guns. How can you forget the guns? That is the most important part. The employee apologized and assured me they would arrive in 10 – 15 minutes. 45 minutes later then guns arrived. Ok no big deal. Mistakes happen. When the employee tried to set them up none of them were working at all. He frantically called the owner and the owner arrived 30 minutes later to try to fix the guns. He had them up and running in just a few minutes and the party could finally get started. The problem was that now the party was an hour and 15 minutes in and we only had another 15 minutes to go. 2 kids had to leave after only getting to play for 15 minutes and we basically had to cancel the pizza and cake afterwards just to let them play a bit longer. Here is where my main problem comes in. They let us play for an extra 30 minutes. After we wrapped up the owner came inside to finalize our bill. He didn’t apologize at all and just asked us for the remaining balance due. We were a bit shocked. Not a single apology! We simply said that we refused to pay off the full balance and he reluctantly agreed to a discount. Still was not apologetic. Just say your sorry and that you made a mistake. No big deal. Listen mistakes happen and I am pretty easy going. This product is a cool idea but as a company a little customer service could go a long way. If things go wrong don’t expect much from these guys.
