I’ve been coming here for a while and the only reason I keep coming back is because I really like Dr. Park. She is great! Other than that this place is a joke. The receptionists are so rude! They talk bad about the patients coming in and they always take forever. I can understand waiting for your doctor but these women will start on someone’s paperwork and then get up and start talking to another worker for what seems like forever. Not to mention they will take 1 hour to verify your insurance. When it took me 5 minutes to call and have them fax over proof. I am now looking for a new doctor; I don’t feel like dealing with these women anymore; it’s a shame though, the doctors here are good.
