I’m new to Kernersville and have been trying out spot that Northern VA doesn’t have. I had a double burger combo here at Sonic today. Burger was way too greasy and the Tater tots were way too salty and had a stale taste to them. So no more sonic for me. Oh and I notice their sanitation rating was barely an A at 90.0 for a score. No thank you.

I went to sonic last night and it was a disaster! I took the drive threw and it took 10 minutes for anyone to talk in the speaker. I talked to 2 employees threw the speaker. All I ordered was a large onion ring. When I got my order, I had 5 small cold onion rings for almost $ 4.00. Before I left, I asked for ranch, but the dumbass gave me marinara.

It wasn’t horrible, just different. They have a large variety of sugar free drinks here and that surprised me. Service was okay
I’m not sure about the food quality, it reminds me of a Checkers or Rally’s type burger stand. I may come back if they have another special or promotion for drinks… but never for the burgers

Picked up lunch just for hubs since they no longer offer salads of any type. They have a HUGE variety of drinks: from fountain drinks to shakes to floats. «Happy Hour» from 2−4pm daily which is ½ off all drinks. I enjoyed my diet limeade and they have some other low cal options as well. My husband liked his food enough– onion rings and chicken toaster sandwich. I guess what concerned me was the 90 sanitation rating– yikes.
