I first met Marko from Triad Mac when he came to my home to save my network of Macs. Triad Mac was the first thing I thought of when we had so many issues crop up on our laptops. I brought in a multitude of problem Macs/​Apple devices, all of which were repaired well, promptly and even with a little coaching for me, the not-​so-​savvy-​consumer, as some of the problems were user related. With such great service, I went home and brought in another batch of devices for Triad Mac to examine. Now a regular customer, the last two visits were in utter panic from crashes and deadlines! Marko and Makauley (both from Triad Mac) saved the day, transferring data, fixing devices, coaching me and my daughter, etc. I can’t recommend them more!

These guys are the real deal. They are not afraid to get into the nitty gritty of fixing phones at extremely reasonable prices. They’re right off of B40, and instead of waiting 40 minutes at Friendly Center for some hipster you can be in, done, and out.
Very reasonable rates, very chill guys, awesome place!
