Lemon Tree Cleaners & Laundry

I don’t recommend using this dry cleaner. They ruined a dress that I had from Victoria”s Secret. It was my favorite dress and not replaceable because I had it for a few years and they don’t have it anymore. I tried for months to get someone to call me back regarding the loss. I even went in to the store and was told the manager was not in and they would have them call me. Never a phone call… I finally gave up and just counted it as a lesson learned. That lesson being DON’T USE LEMON TREE CLEANERS.

This is the last time I’ll use these people in Boerne, Texas. They ruined several pieces of my clothing and would not take responsibility for it. About the «best they could do» was refund the charges for laundering the items and send a letter stating it wasn’t their fault. Then who’s fault was it? That outfit was fine when they took it from me to clean and what I got back was also faded… never wearable again.
Brand new men’s shirts were to be pressed only. They came back spotted and I was charged dry cleaning prices! After three attempts to clean them I got the new shirts back only to look worn.
The shirts are wearable but at 60.00 per shirt they should look new. .and they don’t. Prior to this men’s shirts were not pressed well. Collars were all messed up too.
Even though attempts were made to fix these items it is rediculous that they make these errors in the first place.
Never going back. I suggest others don’t go either.

Lemon Tree is the best. They have a friendly helpful staff and the best quality in the Hill Country. I’ve always been impressed and happy.

Worth the price!!! The best service and my clothes are always perfect!
