Our realtor recommended Canon as a home inspector for a property we are purchasing in Kerrville. We live out of state, so we needed an inspector who could give us detailed and accurate analysis. Canon was quick to respond, able to schedule the inspection in a timely fashion and, because we were in a time crunch, provided the report promptly. Based on the information he provided, we decided repairs were too much to undertake, so we cancelled our contract. Who did we call for the next home — the one we’re under contract with?
