Quality Inn & Suites

This plane receives 4 stars just for their amazing customer service, wonderful staff, and convenient location. They would have received 5 stars, except their breakfast leaves something to be desired and our toilet overflowed. In spite of these issues, the quality of character of the employees led me to give this place a good, rather than mediocre, review. Stay here and try the Texas shaped waffles and heated indoor pool.

We stopped on our way through town to sleep for the night. The hotel is clean and safe and the price is really good. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner both last night when we checked in and this morning when we went for breakfast.
The breakfast was pretty typical with eggs, waffles, etc. The coffee was actually pretty good.
Last night we went past the indoor pool and a family with three kiddos was swimming and having a blast.

Nice motel in Kerrville — evening lady on staff was helpful and did some rearranging to help me get on the ground level as requested. I especially loved the indoor pool and hot tub (no mosquitos) Free WiFi and free breakfast. Under a hundred bucks for a comfortable room with a large screen TV.

Nice hotel very clean good TV. They have an indoor pool if you like them. The room had a good shower and good cold air conditioner. The location is right off I-​10 easy to get on and off the highway.
The service was friendly and nice the lady at the dask helped us find a place to eat dinner at. Never been to Kerrville before. Just stopping on the way to somewhere else. This hotel is close to downtown. The location was good felt safe.
The free breakfast or included breakfast was fair never is very good at these hotels. But it is good enough for me.

Disappointments:
*Room was stifling hot when we got in
*Room had not need properly cleaned – found old clothes, dusty fixtures (microwave, tv, nightstand), carpet needs steam cleaning around corners and near furniture where there is obvious dirt/​dust build up
*Beds where too firm

Great price for a clean good sized room. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard breakfast, nothing fancy but I do recommend the make it yourself Texas waffles! Definitely recommend!

This is my 3^rd visit to the Kerrville Comfort Inn and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service, quality of room, and the free hot breakfast. Linda has been the desk attendant for the last time times (1x a year) and she is very professional, accommodating, and always adds to the great experience. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that come in quite handy after a long day of riding. Room have free wifi in them, so it’s very business friendly as well.
While this isn’t a five star hotel like the Hilton, it exceeds my expectations for an affordable hotel with all the amenities. They are motorcycle friendly and even offer special towels to clean your bikes off after a ride. A nice extra touch.
No reason I would need to stay anywhere else when I’m in Kerrville.
