I cannot say enough good things about Robert and Faulkner Autocare! I called when I found out my car had a gas leak and he took my car in when I drove over 30 minutes later. Robert worked with me and my lack of knowledge regarding cars; he even took me into the garage and showed me what was going on while explaining the next steps. He offered his shuttle system to get me to and from the shop as well. He got to my car the next morning and called me with updates and estimates. I was able to pick up my car within 24 hours, good as new. I could not be happier with my experience here! I will be returning here for any of my car needs while in Dayton.

They provide excellent reliable repairs, maintenance, and customer service. My family takes their vehicles here and I always recommend them. I appreciate their explanations of services needed and fair prices. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto care company this is it! I can’t say enough about Robert and his honest business practices.

This is a family owned business and knows how to treat its customers. Very honest and very friendly. They top off your fluids and make sure your tires are properly inflated each time you get an oil change. You get a free oil change after you buy 4! A little hard to find but its worth the search!

We needed an oil change in our Acura after having bad experiences at the Superior Acura of Dayton. Its a very professional place and they are very thorough! We are super impressed and will recommend to anyone who needs a mechanic. We also like to support family businesses. Since we have one car it is helpful they offer a free shuttle to work or home. We will be going there soon to help resolve a water leak issue, and Ill let you know how it goes. So far they are at the top of their game!

Can’t say enough about this place. It is a local business that does great, fair work. Someone recommended Faulkner so I took my car in to get the power locks and windows fixed. Scheduled an appointment, which was very convenient. Had an estimate before I left, he had it done in 3 hours, and it was cheaper than he had estimated. My car works great, he doesn’t try to upsell you anything like you find at chains or the dealership. I will be taking my car here from now on, and you should too.
