Kettering Family Practice

After being a patient of this practice for 10 years, I suggested to my fiancée that she use them as her GP after hers left for greener pastures. She called KFP, was told a «scheduler» would call her back, and then — a week later, while her back pain persisted — someone called, asked her a few questions about other doctors she’s seen and medications she’s taken, and proclaimed her unfit to be a patient.
They would not disclose except for «they’re a family practice and don’t dispense that type of medication» why they rejected her as a patient.
I thought I was dealing with professionals but I was CLEARLY not. Outrageous, unbelievable and unprofessional, inexplicable, arbitrary and capricious behavior. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
