Went here today with a coupon for $ 7 off of a pedicure. This place opens at 10 a.m. and I got there ~ 10:15 a.m. There were no customers in the salon. The receptionist told me that in order to use the coupon I had to make an appointment (even though they had no other customers!!!). However, the coupon advertisement didn’t say that; it said to make an appointment for some other service. Obviously, they don’t want any customers if they’d rather sit around and not make any money, then honor a coupon. I just moved into town and would’ve been a repeat customer if their service was good, but oh well.
