I love the Panera franchise but this location is the worst. Unripened avocado, mealy tomato pieces, more bread than chicken saturated with an abundance of mayo(I didn’t ask for extra) and one lonely slice of bacon. That is how I’d describe the turkey avocado BLT sandwich I ordered on my way home after a long day. The best location is in the Greene but this one is the closest to my house so I always regret succumbing to the convenient location. I ordered it online, drove 29 minutes and still had to wait in line to get my food because they don’t use the quick carry out kiosk as intended. I always leave disappointed:(

I love their food, always have decent quality bagels and soup, but the people, the women in particular, are some of the most unfriendly people I’ve encountered in Kettering. I understand work sucks but… At least pretend like you enjoy your job! It just makes the visit very unpleasant. Also, this place is listed as «formal». HA! No way.

Over priced bagels! Bagle Café are much better at half the price, and they don’t give you cream cheese in a preportioned, prepackage tubc

I have been to this location a few times before but this visit was a very positive one. The gentlemen who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I loves their frozen strawberry lemonade they use to have in past summers. This year they did not bring it back so when I asked about it the guy said«We can make it for you»! To my surprise they actually made it for me! I will certainly be back after that kind of customer service.

OK so I hold the mayorship for this place on Foursquare so it can’t be that bad right? Well it’s close to my house so that’s the only reason I go. Lately the service is much improved and the employees are very nice and courteous. However, the food is still kinda blah sometimes(cold soups and mac and cheese). I went on Thursday night to get some dinner and I got warm and spoiled iced green tea. It gave my tongue that fermented feeling and it was not good. I told one of the employees who kinda did not believe me(the tea was sitting on a counter in a container with no ice). She offered a refund after she tasted it herself so instead I just got a lemonade. I’m moving to Beavercreek in a month so I will probably not visit this location ever again.

Located behind Town and County and next to L’auberge, this was our breakfast spot for a few months every Sunday. We’d hit Panera, then go do grocery shopping at the nearby Trader Joe’s and Kroger. After a while it became quite apparent that 1. Most of the people that work there hate it, but tolerate it as many are still there. They really don’t seem very happy and don’t hide it. 2. Cleaning is a hassle and sweeping out of the question. 3. Refilling coffee and cream doesn’t happen until 5 or 6 people have to flag down the manager to get more. 4. They cut the Sunday lemons on Friday and put them back out until they’re gone or someone has to ask what they are. 5. No one, not even management, has any idea what the ingredients of any given item might be, and have to refer to a corporate hand out to answer. Our Sunday Panera trips are a thing of the past, and even after I filled out a less than complimentary online survey(like they actually read those anyway, I was just trying to win a flat screen or some money or something), this past weekend’s visit was just OK and more of the same.
