I was forced to beg for my «mobile order». I ordered that way because I was in a hurry, but I had to stand in a long line to ask for my mobile order only to hear they would start on it then. Even then, the service was so-so, and there wasn’t enough coffee in my Venti cup. I’m not happy and will pass it by next time.

Tiny. Avoid on holiday weekends for sure. Trash was overflowing. No napkins. No spoons for the yogurt(which had moldy blueberries in it). Very limited food selection left. Drink orders came out wrong.

Sucky Starbucks. Closes in an hour everyone standing around, no one wants to help. The management should fire the Saturday night crew. Attitude, is a good word. They are very annoyed they have to make our drinks. No soap in men’s bathroom, girls bathroom closed. I frequent Starbucks often I am appalled at this location. Hopefully management reads this.

Been to alot of Starbucks, this just about the worst example of how to run one. We sat in the drive thru line for 15 min before one car moved. The girl who took the order messed it up 3 times before she got it right. Avoid this place.

I am a longtime Starbucks patron and have never had an experience like this one. This is the first review that I have ever posted for a Starbucks. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER. We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before we got to the window(2 cars ahead of us). Then we waited 10 minutes at the window. All we ordered was a Frappuccino and a latte. Nothing fancy. As we looked through the window, we could see four Baristas. Drive thru Baristas just standing watching the others, 2 standing chatting, the fourth was sweeping. No one preparing our order. I was so angry that I wanted to throw something at the window(and I’m not a violent person). The blatant disrespect and lack of customer service was astonishing. Starbucks corporate would be mortified.

We stopped by on the way to Grand Canyon. Definitely one of the most inefficient Starbucks. There are not enough baristas. They are working hard, but just not enough numbers. They need to handle drive-thru and in-store. When I was in line, several cars were also in line, and cars seem to have priority. So the line in-store was getting longer and longer. I just wanted to have a small cup of coffee, so it’s not efficient.

This is a small location in a very busy area. Thanksgiving week makes it even busier. They could not have been nicer. Rowdy was behind the register, found my gluten-free daughter a rice crispy treat behind the counter and asked me how to spell my name correctly. Those are the little things that make me feel appreciated as a Starbucks customer. :)

Lines are LONG at this location(as are most) but they work fast and punch out the same SB drinks I am always used to. One thing that I liked was that when I ordered a Frap that was the same as another order they didn’t make a large batch and divide it between the 2 orders, they made them individually to ensure that each one had the correct amount of everything. Much appreciated.

Horrible. If you want to do any kind of work in here this is not the place. They blast the music so you can’t even hear yourself think. We requested they turn it down a tad and they got snarky and turned it UP. We were super polite and asked them nicely but they made it impossible to complete our work at all. Not to mention they screwed up our order. Just terrible. You are better off going to the gas station for coffee.

Drive thru barista is «taco short of a combo plate.» Took 3x of repeating ourselves to order: 1– Tall iced coffee with splenda 1– grande iced black tea unsweetened 1-venti house brew 2– mini frap mocha crème’ Not difficut… the girls were too busy blowing bubbles with gum while making drinks…

Just went through the drive through and they messed up our order. My boyfriend ordered a caramel macchiato. Instead, he got an iced latte with soy. Which would be a minor convenience but this is a major mistake. He’s allergic and his throat started to itch. Luckily for him, the allergy isn’t so bad but I feel like the baristas need to be more aware of what people ordered… Just double check, please. Most people like my smart boyfriend don’t bother looking at labels before they put something in their mouths. We also waited for some time before someone came to the drive thru window. At least my iced chai tea latte was made correctly.

One of the busiest Starbucks I’ve seen in awhile. Probably 25 people in front of me when I entered. I think this shows what a serious problem I have that I’d willingly choose to wait in this line and equally willingly pay $ 5.04 for a drink. But I do have a problem. A serious, serious problem. I admit it. I think they should create a AA for Starbucks. Call it SA. And they should do donuts and coffee there. Update: after 15 minutes I moved one pace and my husband was ticked, so we left and made our way down the highway to the next Starbucks about an hour away. Ugh. He doesn’t get it, he doesn’t have the latte fever like I do.

I’ve rarely stopped in Kettleman City during the month of December. I usually stop there during the summer while either coming from or going to Pismo or LA. It was kind of strange rolling through on a Monday afternoon with very little traffic in town. We stopped into this Starbucks to fuel up on Joe for the rest of the trip back to Sacramento. It was empty when we walked in. The employees greeted us with smiles and the place was clean. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained also. My girlfriend also bought some holiday themed gifts(mugs, coffees, etc) during our quick visit, and then back on the road we went. A quick and pleasant experience.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 314⁄365 This Starbucks location is my savior when I drive from SoCal to NorCal and vice versa. Kettleman City is basically the half point between SoCal & NorCal, and the best spot to get your caffeine fix when you’re falling asleep at the wheel: P Look for this Starbucks next to the Mobil gas station. My one gripe about this Starbucks is that because it is next to the Mobil, the parking sucks. I think there are maybe 5 spots out front, and then a few further away. There is a drive thru, which is definitely a plus, although I’ve never used it before. This one also has a pretty decent bathroom as well, which is nice because I much prefer using the Starbucks bathroom than using one at a rest stop gas station(gross!). They have 2 stalls in the womens’ restroom. It can get a little busy, especially during holiday season, but they have always had a lot of employees working/baristas so they try to crank out the drinks as fast as they can. Overall, highly recommend checking out this Starbucks, especially while on long road trips. I have heavily depended on getting caffeine here during the most brutal of drives!

Convenient location near a gas station, right off the 5 freeway. We stopped in for food, since Starbucks carries a fairly healthy line of snacks & sandwiches for lunch. We asked for the panini sandwiches to be heated up, and they were perfect. The seating area isn’t very big, but the employees were making sure it was clean, so that was nice. Going north on the 5, it was definitely hard to find anything until Kettleman City, so if you’re craving some food or caffeine, make this Starbucks a stop on your way to San Francisco!
