Hands-​down the cheapest gas station in Kettleman City, currently running at a whole dollar less than the Chevron, Mobil, 76, and Shell (or whatever gas stations you pass on the way in)! It’s the farthest down the road and not very well advertised, so it’s basically a diamond in the rough. I’m not sure if you can put a gas station in that category, but the prices are sure to please your bank account.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s kind of a sketchy area. No trimmed hedges or flower planters. But when you go to a gas station, you really just need 3 things: snacks, gas, and bathrooms! You’ll find them all here.
Also, they have the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a gas station. You’d be surprised. No strange smells, no toilet paper and odd wet spots on the floor. There are 3 stalls in the women’s restroom, so less of a line! There’s soap and sometimes paper towels.
If you’re looking for nearby food options, there’s Carl’s Jr, In N Out, Denny’s, Taco Bell, Starbucks, and McDonald’s, along with the new Bravo Farms area.

Best gas prices, very clean bathrooms and if you are pulling a trailer it’s an easy in & out.

This is the cheapest station I saw in the area. It’s all the way in the back which forces you to price compare. I don’t mind, the lines were the shortest.
Small food mart to pick up snacks, clean bathrooms, and stocked windshield cleaning tools. Solid gas station for your drive down to LA.

Gas almost a dollar cheaper than the other stations nearby and clean, newer bathrooms.

$ 0.70 LESS a gallon AND clean ladies room! This place is awesome! It’s a boring drive to begin with, it stinks to high heaven in a lot of the area surrounding Kettleman City, AND they’ve got you by the short hairs because you can’t wait to get home to go to Costco to fill up. So this was a great find! I will definitely plan my fill-​ups and empties around this Valero! Thank you!

Like everyone else has said, this is the cheapest gas station around for miles — and cheaper by a huge margin, too! It is only a couple blocks further off the freeway, but on average last weekend, it was about 80¢ cheaper than all the other gas stations just down the street.
So even though it was so awesomely cheap, they lose a star for making me so suspicious! How could it be so much cheaper!?! Bizarre!
but they also lose a star because scuzzy gas stations off of I-​5 are never five stars.

Cheapest gas on the street by far! The prices were about $ 0.70 less than stations up the street and pumps and we were able to pull up to an empty pump right away.

It smells like shit here. Kettlemen city tho. Makes sense. Ladies were nice at the counter. We just saw a high speed chase pass us up.

Nice clean store and gas is reasonably prized. Good store inside with lots of food items.

Felt compelled to Unilocal this place after exiting for food and gas in Kettleman City. Found first 3 gas stations gouging customers with gas over 3.25 a gallon (going rate right now about 2.60)…came up on Valero and found 2.59 for unleaded. Didn’t use any other part of station but can say cheap gas wins out here… hit em up on your drive to NoCal or SoCal…

Cheapest gas in town and the bathrooms are clean. The staff was friendly too. Not much to say. It’s a gas station but it’s worth the extra few blocks to go to this one.

Stopped for gas and cringed at the thought of having to use the gas station bathrooms. To my surprise these bathrooms are so clean & nice too! Hubby also grabbed some coffee which he enjoyed. Thank you Valero!

The restrooms were clean, and they offered two large hot dogs (not the skimpy kind) plus a 44-​ounce drink for $ 3. Prices were much more reasonable than the overpriced Shell up the street.

60c/​gal cheaper than the 4 – 5 gas stations about 15 seconds away! Not the cleanest but cant beat the price.
Will be coming here in future drives on the 5. Plus theres an in and out right around there, makes a great stop

This is a great place to stop on ur road trip! Its the cheapest gas in the area according to the gas buddy app. The beer is cold and has a nice snack selection. The place is a little old and could use an update, but ur not here to look at the décor. Nice place for a pit stop!

Cheapest gas in the area, the station is clean, the restroom were also clean, and the mini market was well stocked.
It is a gas station, but still a clean one. Plenty of fast food restaurants in the area, so get your gas and then food and move one to your final destination.

This gas station is located nearly in the middle of the SF Bay Area – so great place to split your trip in two. I always stop here to gas up because it is the cheapest gas. Bathrooms are clean… they even have showers (maybe for the truckers?).
Overall you save 20 cents at least PER gallon of gas just by driving one short city block further. Can’t beat it!

The gas prices here aren’t very good in general, being $ 0.20 to $ 0.30 more per gallon than averagely-​priced gas stations. For the immediate area, this gas station has the best price.
HOWEVER, there is a rather large amount of ghetto-​ish customers here, and the facilities need to be seriously cleaned. The area near the pump smelled like animal waste and vomit. Surprisingly, the restroom smelled slightly better, but trust me, that’s not saying much. I gladly dealt with these problems so I could save money on gas.
