Will never return here again. Was not warmly greeted when I walked in. They were rude when I decided to do the MANI/Pedi after I started my pedicure since it is usually a manicure first. Also, they cut my feet and my hands– they were throbbing for days.

Pamper Me is now under new management. I make an appointment for my pedicures with Jenny. She’s the best! They remember my name, and always make me feel welcome. The owner, Joanna, is such a sweetheart. She’s always laughing and smiling. They offer one free glass of wine to anyone over 21 but I have yet to have any. I make early morning appointments and drinking before breakfast is never a good idea! They take walk ins, but I strongly recommend making an appointment. Especially on the weekends. The salon is clean and the instruments are sterilized after each use.

During my mani/pedi, the ladies were very attentive & sweet. I like taking care of my feet & most pedis feel like just a brush over with scrubs & move on, this pedi left my feet super soft.

Went to get a pedi because I could not get one with my regular person. I only went back because a sign had said under new management. I was delighted to find that the place had changed hands. The place was immaculately clean(a welcome change) and looked bright and inviting. I got an excellent pedicure in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you went to Pamper Me with the previous ownership, try it again and be pleasantly surprised.

Brazilian waxes here are cheap, $ 35, but they DOUBLEDIP. Disgusting. The actual wax itself was decent at best. I wanted so much for this place to be my permanent spot for brazilian waxes since they are so close to home with a parking lot, but sadly back to Astoria it is.

If you are looking for a Brazilian Waxing spot in Richmond Hill, Pamper me Salon is the place to go! Tina is the Richmond Hill’s best waxing lady. She is efficient, comforting and always making you laugh. The salon provides other services as well, but I have only tried out the waxing. The price would be the only thing I would tweek. The average price for a Brazilian should be 30 $ and not 35 — 45. I have heard from others the service is well. So this would definitely be a salon to check out! There is not that much difference from the painless to the regular Brazilian wax, except really the price. I usually just go for the regular wax, 35 $, and to me it feels the same. Try both though to make your own judgment call.

I went into the salon to make my appt. for the next day and to see how much a dye, trim and blow out would be. Inga sat me down looked at my hair and told me it would be $ 45, I was suprised it was so cheap and asked«$ 45 for everything?» and she told me yes. I went and made my appt. thinking that was a great price. The following day she did a good job on my hair I went to pay and she charged me $ 90!!! I told her you told me $ 45 yesterday and she told me it was a misunderstanding. I decided to check out the reviews on Unilocal after getting my hair done there and see some other people had the same«misunderstandings» about prices. While she did do a good job on my hair I doubt I will be going back there, if she would have told me $ 90 in the begining would have still went there and probably gone back, but I do not appreciate her charging me double what I was quoted and it seems this is something she does on a regular basis. I would feel very uncomfortable going back there.

1) The atmosphere is cute, pink kisses on the wall, nice set-up. 2) The woman who is doing your hair will most likely be named Inga, a Russian woman(Russian/Arab music plays on a TV in the background) and Inga is very kind, relaxed, and talks to you. 3) The prices get a little stupid. They change it up, as in — they’ll let you know something’s 60 and when you go to the register they try the old«oops it was a misunderstanding, it’s actually 75» Not appealing price wise. 4) The hair cut is okay, she cuts it very quickly… not very thorough. I paid: $ 25 for haircut $ 35 for color(which she said would be 10 extra, she only colored the grays, not my whole head) I’d honestly give this place a 2, but since Inga was sweet and told the lady at the register that she was overcharging us, I give her some credit. But I’m still on a search for a better salon…

I’ve been living in this area for a long time and I knew this place, but never went here before. I decided to try them out after seeing reviews on City Search. I got my hair done for $ 25 by the Russian lady who is really nice and did a great job on my hair. Then after I did my eyebrows which was $ 2 more then the place I used to go to, but for $ 7 the Latina lady did my eyebrows. I went again 3 weeks later and had Tina do my eyebrows. She was really nice and spent a little over 10 minutes fixing my eyebrows. Tina said to come to her again for eyebrows, wax and laser hair removal. Overall the ladies are really nice.

Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews i found on Cityseach. Staff is very friendly and you can tell all the customers that come in here are regular customers who always leave happy. A really nice Russian lady — I think her name is Mira or Rina(sorry i am really bad with names). She was awesome– very friendly and knowledgeable, I came in hoping to correct the color on my hair and hoping to get some highlights also. She spent about 4 hours on my hair. Did her best to even out the hair color. I will be back another day to get the highlights because all the chemicals that were used today to correct my color. She did a great job with haircut and blowing out my hair. I was very pleased. She quoted me a price in the beginning but wish she would have told me that extra chemical steps that were taken to correct my color were going to be extra. Besides that misunderstanding I think she is awesome. Will definitely be back and will be taking my daughters here to get our hair done and plan to try their other services pedicure, manicure and eyebrow. Best days to come in are from Tuesday to Thursday when they have specials going on. I also have to mention the décor. It’s absolutely beautiful love it!!! Pink with lipstick designs all over the wall. Really made me feel at home.

I can’t believe I’m the first to review, yay! So I’ve been coming here for a little bit over a year now after reading reviews I found on another site. I was looking for a place that does waxing and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great Tina was. Her brazilian waxes are almost painless. She uses a special wax. She’s also super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve even brought friends of mine here after they’ve experienced painful waxing at other places, they came here and said she was good also. She’s such a sweet lady. She also specializes in certain skin care things.(dont remember what though) Also I’ve gotten a mani/pedi, eyebrow threading and a hair cut/color. They’re also really good. The mani/pedi is normal, like I’d get at any place but I do like their chairs lol. The eyebrow threading was good but its $ 7, $ 2 more than I usually pay so I stick to my regular eyebrow lady. But my haircut was really nice. I had long hair almost down to my waist and wanted an asymmetrical bob. It came out really good and I thought I would have to go to the city to have it cut where it probably would have been A LOT more expensive. I didnt expect to find a place like this in my area of Queens, they really surprised me. The décor inside is also really cute, pink walls and lips. Which they recently painted. Love it!
