This DQ sure has made a lot of changes. This is now the only DQ in the local area as all the ones in West Bend have closed. This DQ has remodeled and updated the outside and the inside. It looks great. They also got rid of the nasty kids play ball area. Yes. I know some parents like their kids to have a area to rough house and play in those plastic balls. But no thanks for many parents. Those play areas are germ zones big time. Kudos to this DQ for finally getting rid of that part. I also noticed now how the inside of this DQ is so clean. It was not gross before but some areas did need cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Didn’t have their register system working until an hour and a half after they were opened. Took our order said it would be a few minutes… half hour later we found out they didn’t even make our food yet. But instead they gave us our money back and gave us the food anyways. If it wasn’t for the free food and the obvious problems with the registers I would give them two stars. Suggest they have everything up and running before opening.
