Avoid this practice like the plague. Incompetent, nasty, rude doctors. My stories are truly unbelievable about how I was spoken to and treated. Shocking that Mount Sinai would send this low caliber of medical staff to KB. Appointments are never available yet when I was in the office it was totally empty of patients! Stay away.

Chronically overbooked, with massive wait times; mon doctor staff is rude & doesn’t care. There are much better primary care doctor options.

It’s a pleasure to come here when I need to see my Dr. Dr. Fernandez is highly knowledgable in her field. She takes her time to explain her diagnostic and answers all of my questions. The office is new and clean. Never crowded. Make sure to call for appointments. BTW — the other doctors in the group are well known also in their field. Dr. Llamas just did a bypass surgery to a good friend and he is very happy with his choice.
