If you’re looking for a very personal pilates experience with very experienced and personable instructors; and excited about full body transformation — than this is the premier studio for you. It provides a very pleasant and congenial atmosphere — no matter if you’re with a group — or benefiting from a private sessions. I love it… Thank you for making this experience good for me!!!

I’ve been taking classes here for years and years, both private and group instruction. the staff is wonderful, friendly, and the studio is impeccable. I’ve seen the instructors work with a lot of difficult clients and they never lose their poise. The quality of instruction is great and the prices are very reasonable. We are so lucky to have this state of the art studio here on our island. It’s one of the Key’s best kept secrets.
