Great knowledgeable friendly instructors, nice quant mirrored space. A lack of facility amenities but with the promise of future growth going back into the space.

I’ve been a regular student of this location since 2011 and it has only grown better. The studio has had a facelift since last year and the floors and mini-lobby section have been re-surfaced with new faux grass and antibacterial, durable studio floor. The air quality has improved and the back of the studio room now has a barre for pre and post class stretching. This studio’s owner has resided in Key West for well over fifteen years and is receptive to the needs, ideas and practices of locals, snowbirds and visitors. The studio is simple in décor, keeping clutter and décor to a sleek minimum, which is refreshing when all you want is a challenging, yet relaxing ninety minute class. Come with an open mind, no expectations and an extra buck or two for a LaCroix after class. This is a great place to try if you have never experienced a yoga class in your life. All bodies welcome! P. S. There’s bike parking on the side of the building, Don’t lock your bike to the posts. You’ve been warned! :)

I’ve been practicing Bikram yoga since 2000 and have had the opportunity to take classes in many studios around the U.S., and this is one of the best. I first attended classes here under its original ownership by one of Bikram’s most senior teachers several years back while on vacation. It was very«old school» — carpeted floor, no shower, stern instructions — which I loved for its authenticity and clear instructions. Ownership changed a few years ago, and the studio has quite a different feel now, both in terms of appearance and style of instruction. It’s been beautifully renovated/updated, and is spotlessly clean and odor-free.(There’s still no shower, but in sunny Key West the outdoor hose does the trick if you need to rinse off after class.) The owner — Danny — is a longtime practitioner and teacher, and clearly loves his job and this yoga. He still frequently attends seminars — 25+ years into his practice! — and has a depth and breadth of knowledge about this posture series, its nuances and physiological benefits, that are an incredible gift to his students. And he’s fun! There’s a lot of laughter in this studio, and a keen precision of instruction that’s both helpful and delivered with kind attention, from regular teachers Danny and Konnae, as well as from visiting instructors. I feel beyond fortunate to now call this my home studio, having relocated to Key West permanently, and encourage Bikram yoga devotees and newcomers alike to check it out.

I just love this studio! I’ve been practicing here now for 7 years, and it has changed my life. The teachers are great, and it’s a fun, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere. I’ve given this studio a 5 star rating because it’s earned it.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Bikram is not the Hot Yoga style for me. This is a lovely studio and the instructor who led our group is very knowledgeable and fit; however, I’m much more used to Hot Hatha or any of the other styles at Modo Yoga(formerly Moksha) up in Minneapolis, and the classes I’ve taken there are usually guided by chill Canadians and Minnesotans who play Doomtree, the Beatles, and Michael Jackson; and they encourage you to take your time and go at your own pace. So I suppose it really comes down to personal preference. If you’d like a very strict style that pushes you, this will be right up your alley. If you’re already in pretty good shape, this is the place to come. And if you don’t mind that there isn’t a shower available, this will work out well for you. Personally, I don’t like to be told when I can and cannot drink water.

After doing my research, I was pleased to find that there was a Bikram yoga studio in Key West. I was lucky enough to have a guest instructor visiting from Boston who was amazing and one of the best teachers I have had across the country. I was very happy that she was teaching and not the owner, Danny, who seemed less than friendly and chose to participate in the class yet at his own speed. Maybe he was upset that she was a better teacher, but nonetheless, it was rude and annoying to all those around him. The floor is carpeted so I am not sure how often it is cleaned and it was about 6 degrees short of a typical studio. Be sure to bring the appropriate towel to cover your mat or you will need to purchase one — as well as a mat if you need one(each $ 2). Still — a great way to start your day and sweat out some of that excess alcohol!

Good class. Super tough bc the humidity. Someone brought fresh mango and watermelon for an after class treat. Soooo good and thoughtful!

I was in town on vacation and happy to learn that Key West had an authentic Bikram Yoga studio. The instructors, as well as, the locals are bikram devotees that practice daily. I paid $ 50 for an one week tourist pass. I am a newbie, and appreciated when the instructors would come by and gently correct my posture/poses. My only hang up pertains to my purchases, whether it was water, coconut water or a mat — on two occassions, two separate instructors gave me the wrong change. The first time it happened, I was okay with it, but the second time, I was a little annoyed — so make sure you count your change before you put in your wallet.
