I think I got kind of ripped off by the Korean gal today, I was clean and nice but last one to sit and first done with my pedicure. Just asked for clear powder gel and got clean nail polish gel no massage and charged $ 55. Didn’t event get what I asked for and was hurried along. Way too much.

We went to Lee Nails based on the ratings. What a disappointment! My daughter was getting married so we went there to get nails and pedicures. Although the pedicures were good the rest of the experience was awful. The owner that did my daughters nails literally got up and walked out of the salon after doing her nails. He literally said nothing. Then, the woman that did her eyebrows was rude but also burnt my poor daughters eyebrows and the side of her lip. What a disaster… we went to have delightful mother daughter day and it was anything but that. We left with an outragyly over priced bill (250.00) for two of us and my daughter was in pain and was getting her pictures done for then wedding with the skin burned off her eyebrow. Then to top it off a nail broke that evening. Worst experience EVER!

Came here with my husband for a manicure and pedicure. Michael did my nails and did a great job. The polish stayed on for a week. My husbands experience was not as great. The woman cut his nails and cuticles so short they bled. I Decided to come back for another man and pedicure with Michael and also to get some waxing (bikini, lip, chin). Ended up with the person my husband had. Bad experience. She started off yawning and seemed like she didn’t want to do the job. She was on her cell non stop. Yes during the wax. Didn’t have supplies in room so had to leave 3 times. Cut strips for face so big they covered half my face and she was rough, messy, got strip caught in my hair. Left so much hair on my chin had to get it redone. My bikini was done sub par. She clipped my skin so many times with tweezer it was worse than the wax. Maybe others here are better. Just not a good wax experience. However, the high ratings are for Michael!
Follow up. Decided to speak with Tammy the owner about waxing and she was so sorry and fit me in to fix what was not done correctly by one of her employees. She was professional and polite. Way to go for being responsive and caring what your customer thinks. For this I’ll change rating from 4 stars to 5!

I read the reviews and lived in key west for a year now this place seem legit but I must of had the wrong person my husband got me a 40.00 gift certificate for my birthday this month I finally went in this past Saturday to get my toes done and the paint job was horrible if they weren’t so busy listening to me and my friend talk they might have gotten the job done right see for yourself I also paid 30.00 I’m very unhappy and will NEVER go back there again

I went today for a gel fill and manicure by appointment with Tammie. I use her when I come to key west, we used the OPI I’m Not Really a Waitress gel polish and added silver glitter on two nails. It looked very pretty and I was happy to get fit in. Very busy so I would make appointment or you can wait awhile especially on Saturday. Prices are higher than some but worth it. I will be back again when in key west,

Absolutely love this place!!! They do an excellent job and are reasonably priced (for Key West). I spend a bit extra and get the gel polish for my nails, but it is so worth it!!! Highly recommend this place!

What an enjoyable experience. Mani/​Pedi was the one thing I just did not have time to do before heading to Key West. I am super picky about the quality and the experience and rely on my Unilocalers to steer me in the right direction when traveling.
This is a very busy salon. If you don’t want to wait, definitely make an appointment. I typically know Essie colors better, so my only complaint is I struggled with the OPI color selection.
Shelly did my mani/​pedi. For such a busy salon, I was relieved to see that they take their time, no matter what. She did a fantastic job and was extremely meticulous about the quality of her work. What an enjoyable, relaxing experience. The salon is very clean and well-​staffed. Skip the nail «bars» in Key West (who needs to get tanked at 11 am), and go for friendliness and quality at Lee Nails.

Super friendly staffs. I am very picky when it come to my nails. I am a bartender and constantly works with water, I use my hand a lot. My nails last forever when I come here! Tammy, Ricki and Thanh always go out of their way to take care of me. Pricing is very reasonable, the shop is clean, and a very relaxing environment

My boyfriend and I went to Lee nails while we were on vacation. A local hair dresser recommended it when I couldn’t get in anywhere else. So we were basically walk-​ins. The pedicures were good but while we were sitting there waiting for my polish to dry a couple of other people walked in to get pedicures. I was mortified to see both nail techs wheel their tool cabinets down a couple of chairs and start the other pedicures. The clippers and cuticle cutters were not sanitized before they started. YIKES! I am completely freaked out now because I know that you can catch all sorts on incurables from contaminated clippers and cuticle cutters.

On vacation and needed toes done. Wanted to go where the locals go… not a tourist trap. Wonderful service pedicure. She took her time and was very efficient. My cousin had gels done for the first time and was pleased. Cost was reasonable. I’ll go back next trip!

On vacation and my husband and myself wanted to get a pedicure and manicure and we found Lee’s and we were very satisfied would highly recommend it!

Some places you only have to visit once. This place is definitely one. Not very good. Believe me, you’re better off paying a few extra dollars and going to Nailtini or Maricell. That’s exactly what I’ll do next time.

Excellent pedicure and reasonably priced. Not really high end lotions, but careful attention to detail and new massage chairs. When I’m back in Key West, I will definitely come back.

What a awesome nail place, I recommend using Tammy she did wonderful she was very attentive and took her time and care to my nails best set of nails. She actually painted on my French manicure InsteAd of air brush. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Eye brow waxing awesome, also done by Tammy. Please check them out clean, friendly.
