Awesome thin crust pizza. They are now Luigi’s Pizza and Restaurant. Open now for 1 week. I will be back. Try the chicken parmesan pizza. Yummy

Some of the best thin crust pizza ever. Love their garlic knots too!

Based on these old reviews, I wish I’d tried Lockport Pies sooner. Now, this place is UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT. They advertise $ 1.50 slices, which is awesome! I had been wanting to stop in for months but never did. Finally went in recently around 7 at night, prime dining time. The only thing available was half of a pizza, and half of that was covered in sausage. I asked for 2 plain, and it was as if one regular slice had been cut into two slices. The pizza itself was a bit flaky, and crackery, which I liked, but the pizza tasted like it was a lunchables, or bagel pizza made with Ragu. Tasted like the pizza chef didn’t have much pizza experience in the area. I’ve done a lot of traveling around the country and this is the kind of thing I’ve tasted while getting pizza at a gas station in Kentucky, not in a NJ spot! I will give it another try, and hope for something better, but Lockport isn’t doing so hot.

Good food bad location. More suitable for delivery if anything. too much competition in town but most are the same in my humble opinion

Hands down the very best thin crust pizza in New Jersey. The crust is super super thin and the sauce has a perfect balance of seasoning yet not over seasoned. I always order 3 slices. As far as the ambience don’t look for anything to tickle your fancy. If you want to be impressed with décor, brick ovens and high prices then go to a yuppie joint in Westfield. If you want the best thin crust new york style pizza then eat at Lockport Pies. It’s right at the water front so order a few slices and sit at a bench at the shore… you can see Staten Island easily.

Definitely the best pizza in Keyport, if not the whole Bayshore area. Nice local owners(one of the guys is a Keyport cop) and amazing thin crust pizza. If you are a fan of Pete and Elda’s you will be pleasantly surprised. We’ve tried a couple of subs and they are really good too. Like most things in this small town and other small towns in the area, I’m surprised this place isn’t mobbed all the time. I guess people would rather eat at shitty chain restaurants than try something local and awesome.
