Our experience at the Keyser, WV KFC was completely unsatisfactory. While in the drive-​thru the order taker did not understand what we wanted to order. She then went on and got her manager. This was a fatal mistake, because she yelled at my 78 yr old grandmother, due to her not understanding the confusing menu layout. The manager sounded rushed and sarcastic, which is not acceptable and does not suit anyone, even though we were the only car in the drive-​thru lane. They also forgot to give us a side of corn, which we already paid for. We would have went back to ask for it, but I doubt they would have given it to us, due to the poor customer service. I was very dissatisfied by my experience at the Keyser KFC. We will not be coming back anytime soon.
