Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning in April. Although it was relatively crowded, there was no problem working to accommodate our party of 12. The service was extremely fast and doing separate checks posed no issue. The food was great especially for the extremely low prices. The bacon was incredible.

We got there early so we didn’t have to wait to get a seat. The food & service were both very good. It was a friendly atmosphere with a lot of locals. For us Two people, having breakfast was only $ 20, & we were both full! Super good biscuits. I had the Big Boy with ham & cheese. They even offered us a drink to go. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I visited this restaurant because people touted it as an excellent, home-cooked-meals restaurant. While the fried chicken was average, the other items in the buffet were not. The macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes were obviously not home-made. Instead of having fresh biscuits or even fresh rolls, they had store-bought rolls that were not even warmed up. The macaroni and cheese was brought out in haste, and therefore was cold. The gravy had the consistency of oatmeal: thick and chunky. I do not know what other people have seen or tasted in this restaurant or if maybe, just maybe, they were having an off day. Whatever it was, I personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would direct them to Popeye’s, or even KFC, before I suggest this place. Better yet, drive a few miles to Golden Corral. Yes, they are a corporate restaurant, but you will leave more satisfied after eating at Golden Corral, and with your wallet happier, than if you ate here.

I really really wish this place wasn’t in Florida. I wish it was here in Kansas City so that I could eat these pancakes every morning. We just got back from a trip to a fun little lake in Northern Florida and went to breakfast at the Keystone Inn while there. The pancakes tasted like they were made from cake batter. They were super light and fluffy, warm butter and warm syrup to put on them. One other super great breakfast tip ws that they took a homemade biscuit and cut it in half, buttered it and then toasted it on the flat top grill. Seriously… so good.

Best breakfast in town! Lots of menu items from which to choose, plus friendly service. Great bacon and cheese grits. Omelets are over the top!
