So looking at the outside of the place I didn’t expect much. We were seated right away. You walk through the bar area to get to your table. Our waitress was very nice. They gave you bread and a relish tray which consisted of radishes, carrots, celery and four different dips. You also got sale or cottage cheese. My fiancé and I ordered the petite prime rib roast. THEYWEREHUGE! Down right the best I’ve ever had! You get one side and I ordered mashed potatoes, my fiancé ordered a baked potato. My only complaint was the didn’t have beer on tap or dark beer like Guinness. No biggie though we just had Pepsi :) You definitely have to stop in and try the prime rib!

The interior was typical bar/supper club décor. We went on a Thursday evening at 5:30 and it wasn’t very busy, so we were seated right away. Appetizers(cheese curds and jalapeño poppers) arrived just minutes after we placed the order and were generously portioned for the price. Both appetizers were great, and I’m picky when it comes to cheese curds. We all ordered either ribeye or prime rib and all the steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The mashed potatoes were seasoned well and had a good, creamy texture. Service was fast and attentive. We will definitely be back and I’ll recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to eat.

As far as supper clubs go, this one gets a two star rating: One star for the kind waitress and one star for the kind bartender. The place boast that they were voted the Tri-states«Best Fest» for their prime rib. While good, by far not the best within a 10 minute drive. Woodfire Grill and Texas Roadhouse’s versions in DBQ easily trump theirs. Drinks were good, but nothing significant. No side salad as a options with dinners(coleslaw or cottage cheese only). Sort of odd for a Supper Club. Had a very basic relish tray, where the cheese and braunschweiger were tasty. Baked potato was served with individual sour cream packets and butter packets… Why do dine-in establishments do this? Call it a personal pet peeve, but it shrieked tacky to me. Pro, it’s affordable: 16 oz. Prime Rib = $ 19.95 Fried Cod Dinner = $ 11.95 But I’d still rather pay roughly $ 10 more per bill and eat at true blue Wisconsin based Supper Club.
