Leis ordered for wedding did not arrive although our credit card was charged! Owner, Jennifer was very sorry as she explained that the order made on-line did not come through to them and that this had never happened before! Cost was credited quickly and owner apologized in writing and promised to send a bouquet of flowers to the bride. I hope they are able to resolve the computer issue. Best to call and confirm with them in the meantime.

Just bought more flowers from them — and they deserve the update to 5 stars. They ran out of inventory and immediately contacted me to arrange for replacements that were as good or better than what I had originally ordered.

I’m simply updating my review to give them 2 stars because I am tired of hearing from this lady. It’s been a year and half. After my initial experience of them blatantly ignoring me, I just wanted a refund and I wanted to be done with them. They, however, decided differently and sent both my mom and I flowers. Which furthered my anger and frustration with this company, because they weren’t doing it out of the kindness of their hearts, they were simply doing it because of my bad and just review on this site. They thought by throwing a bow on a steaming pile of poo that it would make everything better and that my view of their company would completely change. You work in the service industry and asking you to be more respectful towards your customers isn’t asking much. All I really wanted from this company was a sincere apology, but all I got were excuses and them blaming others(FedEx and Living Social) for their bad service. I’m not the only one who had a bad experience with this company, as you can see on their other Unilocal page, but I am the only one who refused to give them glowing reviews afterwards. All of my dealings with this company, past and present, have been purely frustrating. Just leave me alone already! This is the best review you will get from me, so please stop emailing me.
