Office staff is nice, buildings are not climate controlled. There is no clear access to the elevator. I have to make a series of left turns in a narrow hallway to load and unload. A real pain for actual usage. Elevators haven’t always worked either. I was once advised I can use the stairs for loading and unloading. No way to know on your own, based on all the emergency signage saying an alarm will sound if door is opened. Motion detectors on the floor of my storage unit poorly located. I have to stumble back out into the hallway towards the device, basically underneath it, in the dark waving my hands to when it goes out. Not convenient. So a recap, elevators work but not all the time, are hard to load and unload, and for a space that’s not climatized it is expensive. This trumps a nice staff. There are other companies offering storage in Kihei and I’ll be moving my things to one of those shortly.

ok, so signed up and signed contract/paperwork for storage space. 2 months into it, auto withdrawal is more??? i call, they say rate increase? WTF are you talking about, i signed a contract for a rate… okay she says price increase at anytime… are you fu… g kidding me… i will change my place of storage thank you

Love this place! The customer service was excellent. Can always get a live person immediately or within one minute. They gave me a great deal, and even after I agreed to the price they saved me even another $ 3 a month. Their hours are awesome as well. A definite recommend — they will work with your needs, are extremely polite and patient, and all around a great experience. NOONE likes moving it can be really frustrating, and these guys made it a lot easier!

Not sure how the service is, but upon loading stuff into one of the units, I can say that the units are not climate controlled or very clean on the inside compared to a unit we had in Kahului.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Their people know nothing about customer service and tried to make me pay more money for their mistake. 1 month ago i stored two very expensive, custom made SUP’s(stand up paddle boards). One of their employees moved me to a second unit because the first one she showed me wasn’t the advertised 5×5…it was obviously smaller. So she took me to another unit and said i could have that one and she would take care of changing the unit number. She obviously didn’t do that because a few days later they called me to say that my locker was open and it appeared that my boards had been stolen. The next day they called to tell me that i wasn’t in the«correct» unit and to come move my stuff to the original unit. Obviously i was pissed off because it was their mistake, not mine, so i was NOT going to move. How difficult is it to change a «2» to a «3»? So then here we are a month later and after not hearing from them and thinking everything was fine… i get a message from Travis saying that i have to call them«its urgent». He gives me two options, 1. I can move my things back to the original locker, or 2. i can pay them money to change the paperwork. Seeing as it was their mistake to begin with, i chose option number 3. Get my shit out of there and call headquarters and the CEO. USEANOTHERSTORAGEUNITONMAUI. DONOTUSEEXTRASPACESTORAGEORRISKSIMILARBULLCRAP. Their people know NOTHING about customer service or doing the RIGHT thing. I wasn’t looking for any kind of an apology, just someone to tell me that i could stay in that second unit, WHICHTHEYPUTMEIN, and not have to pay money to fix their mistake. Travis, you need more training. I also find it EXTREMELY humorous that you advertise«outstanding customer service» on your business site. Too funny! One month later and im still pissed off… After i called the Main office on the mainland i was told that i would get a follow-up call the next day… STILLWAITING A MONTHLATER. FUCKYOUGUYS!!!
