Terrible customer service. No returned phone calls or emails and the lady who answers the phone there is so rude. You would think as a business who understands how very important websites and emails are to other fellow (small) businesses they would fix issues asap, but they don’t. Be careful, they have no aloha.

Island Support Computer Services saved my computer! I was getting ready to purchase a new laptop since mine was 4 years old and it was getting increasingly slower. A few weeks before taking my laptop to Island Support, my computer was freezing and the dreaded blue screen kept popping up… I thought my computer was done! When I called Island Support, I spoke to a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Ashley) who gave me their very reasonable prices. Brian was amazing and kept calling me to provide me with updates as he was repairing my computer! Now my computer works perfect and it only cost me a small amount! I am so very happy with Island Support Services and definitely recommend them to others!!! ~Mahalo!!!
