This company has by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. And they are very efficient and hardworking. They always wanted to make sure that I was happy with the job that they did. And I very much was pleased. If you ever need anything that falls in line with the services they provide, choose these guys!

I sent an inquiry to Gabe via Unilocal to get a home
inspection done, thinking it was the general home inspection you get when you buy a house. He said he could do it so I scheduled the inspection a week later. It wasn’t until looking at the invoice that I noticed the inspection he provided was solely a mold inspection. I called Gabe back and told him the situation… We had a big miscommunication but everything worked out okay. He is a good guy and the service he provided, while not exactly what I needed, was good. He also recommended a good home inspection company for the type of inspection I actually did need.
Hopefully this review will be helpful for anyone who needs a general home inspection (vs a mold and water damage inspection) in the future.

Gabe and his team at Kauai Restoration & Cleaning did an amazing job with the mold remediation project we hired him to do. He was quick to respond and very professional from the time of proposal to scheduling and completing the job. We had several delays in our project over a few months and Gabe remained patient with us and stood by until we were ready to get started. I worked with 4 different vendors on a home renovation project and Gabe stood out above the rest. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Recently we had a waterline under a sink in the downstairs area of our home burst. It must have run for about an hour or more before we found it leaking probably 800 gallons of water into the house. It covered 2 bedrooms a hallway and a living area in at least 1.5 inches of water. The bedroom were carpeted and the living area was covered with bamboo flooring.
We got it stopped and got up a lot of the water. Gabe came out the next morning and quite frankly our worries were over. He took over got the entire area dried out and then did the demo to remove the damaged flooring. Within a week, it was all cleaned up and we had a blank slate.
We could not have asked for Gabe and his works to have been more helpful and professional. I sincerely hope that no one has the situation we did, but if you do, then Kauai Restoration is the company that you want to bring into your home. In a nutshell, these guys are top notch!!!

These guys know their stuff!!! My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of work and the comprehensive people running this company, they truly are the full package. Our homes are our biggest investment (because we are the ones that have to live in them!) We had Kauai Restoration clean our office carpets and furniture a few months ago. They did a great job and we plan on using them again in the future. Their prices are reasonable and the staff were on time and professional.

Kauai Restoration cleaned my carpets as part of the «final cleaning» before my house was sold. They showed great flexibility in the scheduling, and then showed up exactly when agreed. The carpets were left clean and dry. They did an excellent job.

The water pipe broke in my vacation home and flooded the guest bathroom and laundry room. After Kauai Restoration finished everything looked better than new. The base board was nicer and the paint was a better quality than we started with. They took care of everything. I would recommend them.

Great job resealing my tile floors. Had to move a lot of furniture but it was done professionally and looks perfect.

After finding a black spot on our bathroom wall and noticing a moldy smell we knew we had mold. We tried to clean it ourselves but it just kept coming back, and the smell never went away. We got in touch with kauai restoration and they came out the same day. After they performed a mold inspection we discovered we had mold threw out entire wall and parts of another. They quarantined the area and had it removed in less then 48 hours. Plus they dealt with our insurance direct and saved us that hassle.
