5 stars to night shift at front desk for professional help The most important thing it’s a quiet hotel so you can actually sleep :) as long as you are on the back side of the hotel Would recommend to my friends Breakfast seems up to high Hampton standards ! 5stars 2 stars for the staff attitude :( Clean rooms Beat up corridor carpets with HUGE stains on 3th floor ??? Seems like there was a oil spill war upstairs — to expensive to change 200sqf of carpet mr owner?

Made reservation online by mistake at wrong location for TWO rooms! Called immediately and was told they had a solid cancellation policy and that it’s not 48 hours in advance and I would be billed. I told them I just made the reservation and I chose wrong hotel. Manager is extremely rude. Would not return my calls. Charged me for both rooms. Fighting through credit card company. I’d sleep in a gas station parking lot before I would stay at this hotel. Hotel Management doesn’t know what character and integrity mean. Traveler beware!!!

I booked a room there, and then called to transfer the room to another Hampton that was closer. The guy at the desk said no problem and there would be no penalty according to policy. However I was still billed a no show fee. The manager could not confirm that I called because he had alredy fired the guy(or he quit) that I had talked to. I am still battling with them to get my money back. Also talking to the asst. mgr, he said the owner always charges for no show and never refunds it even if you do follow company policy by canceling in advance or transferring to another hotel. Stay at your own risk. I would never stay there even if it were«free» because of the poor customer service. I am a Diamond Hilton Honors, but that gets you nothing here.

Not a nice place. To top off the crappy hotel stay the manager, Joe, was extremely rude about printing my receipt and refused to. Who doesn’t get a receipt with their hotel stay? I couldn’t believe it!

Great hotel! We booked early and got a great rate! The staff was friendly; the rooms were very nice and clean; the breakfast was great too! :)
