I go to this McDonald’s all the time since I work in Wal-Mart. This place changes management all the time and I can see why. It is because none of them seem to greet customers the way they should to make them feel welcomed and want to even come back. One manager for an example I don’t know his name but he is a tall young black gentlemen didn’t act they way he should of after us waiting for almost 10 minutes for him to get back to use the restroom since none of the employees that are left there have no clue about working the register so we had to wait for him. As soon as he walked by us he just said excuse me because we were in the way for him to get through and then got behind the register for us to take our order. He never did have a smile on his face to have us feel welcomed and didn’t even bother saying sorry for having you wait I will be right with you. NO he didn’t do anything of that, making us feel unwanted but I was hungry and didn’t care at that moment as long as I got food in my belly after working. Another thing is that the place has gotten a lot cleaner then it use to be but they can’t seem to catch up with that even though it is such a small place. The only thing that always seems to be good there is the French fries and the Grilled Ranch Chicken Snack wrap. Other than if you want customer service and be treated right don’t go here.
