Good selection, horrible staff. I was selling a handgun and they lied to my face. They offered me $ 200 and Gander offered me $ 600 on a $ 1000 firearm. The guy at Guns Galore said that they’d be able to resell it for $ 400 which was an absolute lie. Their prices are exorbitant anyway. This is why their name is mud with shooters around here.

They have a great selection with excellent customer service. Their downfall is the prices. The gun I purchased for $ 320 elsewhere was on the shelf for $ 370 here. And the one I was looking for was $ 350 at the other place and $ 430 here. My budget is tight but the customer service and knowledge base you get here is a lot more that what you would receive at another place so if you can afford it I recommend it.

I recently has a firearm I had purchased shipped to guns galore. When I went to pick it up they were very friendly and went in the back to check and see if it had arrived once they confirmed it was there I filled out some paperwork gave them my CHL and paid $ 32 and was on my way with my firearm. I would use them again as a location for shipping.

Good place for ammo, guns are usually over priced though. Some of the staff is helpful, but one of them in particular is a condescending a$$hole know-​it-​all type. They have some good cheap targets for precision rifle zeroing. Know what you’re looking for and what the price should be before going in.

Very knowledgable staff, if you can corner one of the guys. It frequently gets busy in there (popular place!), and there are only so many employees, so patience helps. I’ve bought two pistols, one AR lower receiver, all kinds of accessories and a fair bit of ammo there. They’ve given me good advice even on the times I walked out without spending a dime. They are willing to pull out all kinds of catalogs to special order the exact gun you want, which is the kind of service you won’t see at Academy.

Walked in the store, waited 30 minutes almost for service. Finally just asked for help and got disregarded. Not sure if these people don’t like selling to females or African Americans or both but, I’m sure my money is just as good as anyone else’s. Thanks for giving crappy customer service giving me the opportunity for better quality at academy.

Very knowledgeable. A bit pricey compared to other places. They were able to order a Steyr that hubby wanted and it arrived within 2 weeks.

They have a wide selection of guns here however the prices are on the higher end. My husband has bought a firearm and ammo here. This is where we usually go to buy ammo before we head out to the gun range. I would not be surprised if my husband buys more firearm from here in the near future.

If its not on the shelf they’ll get it for ya! Yes, their prices are a little higher than you’d like but for the convenience of picking what you want and walking out with it today how can you really complain? Soon you might not have this convenience! When it comes to their selection of ammo they do have a little of just about everything. I have bought a few firearms here and regularly stock up on reloading supplies. Guns Galore is MY LGS!

It’s not bad I like the selections & a few other things they have but a lil pricey to me tho, but like everything in Killeen that’s about right. Ammo ain’t to bad if that’s all ya need more pricey than Wally world but shoots ALOT more smoother tho
