I own several properties in Killeen, and I use Dana all the time for repairs and replacements. He has always dealt with me more than fairly and I will continue to use him. Getting his guys to come out is quick and effortless. Reasonable prices too.

These people came to my house last year and told me my A/​C was low on freon. Without checking for leaks they refilled the unit with what they claimed was four pounds of freon: in addition, I feel they needlessly replaced a capacitor. This spring I called what I believed to be a more reputable service company to repair the unit again. The new service company immediately found the leak that Hallmark would not even look for. replaced the faulty part, evacuated the system, recharged the system and my unit is operating like new! Homeowners beware, an A/​C unit is an enclosed system the only way to lose copious freon is through a leak; or, possibly mishandling by a service tech. At most an A/​C unit may lose one pound every three years or so. Secondly, The only way to accurately weight freon is with a scale, if you don’t see a scale used, be concerned, at thirty dollars and more per pound selling unused freon to unsuspecting customers is the biggest scam in the A/​C repair industry. In closing if questionable parts are being replaced demand to keep the old parts to be tested.
