My husband has been going here for a couple months now for shoulder therapy and has made tremendous progress. Staff is very attentive and polite. Integrity is by bar the best rehab center in the Killeen/Ft Hood Area!

Integrity home health is a great facility. The building is very nice, large and new. The staff was always very nice and helpful. They were always busy but even with that said I always got good therapy sessions and benefited very much so from going there. Yes they do have a no-show/same day cancellation fee. I am sure this was implemented to prevent lots of no shows/last minute cancellations. If you think about it for even a minute you would understand the need for this. They can not bill for ANYTHING but sessions that are actually given. It is illegal !!! So if even 1⁄3 of their scheduled clients did not show up for their therapy session that day they wouldn’t be in business. I am not being judgmental but owning a business myself I understand the need to try and have enough of a time frame to get someone in the«open time spots» as to not have lost income/productivity ect… It is a business. Putting all that aside my sessions were great, they used my time there to work my muscles. I was shown stretches and exercises to do at home that would help in the areas I needed not just basic exercises. I would absolutely recommend them to ANY of my family and friends and will only go back to Integrity if I need physical therapy again.

Wow… This place is the definition of the greedy, compassion-less medical industry, which is awful considering people seeking Occupational and Physical Therapy have most likely experienced some sort of devastating health challenge. I had a stroke at 27 years old and went to a rehab/hospital for 3 months until it was time for me to go and of course continue my therapies through an outpatient rehab facility. I chose Integrity strictly because its location was within close proximity to my house. But after a few ‘sessions’ there, I decided I would rather travel 20 minutes further than to ever have to go back to this place. The facility is very small, the employees have little to NO interpersonal skills and they have a fee of $ 25 if anything ever comes up last minute and you are unable to meet with your scheduled therapist. They get paid by the insurance companies regardless, this is just a greedy way to rake in more money. Perhaps they do not fully understand the challenges that go along with suffering from a brain injury, clearly it takes a lot of adaptation and ‘practice’ to get your life straightened out. Even without a brain injury, things come up sometimes and plans unfortunately change. The medical attention you seek out is up to you and should never be feared into a patient with fees. Nobody HAS to participate in outpatient services, people do it to hopefully better their lives. Aside from the ridiculous fees, the therapies are a joke. All I took away from my wasted time here were a few home stretches… I was in a hospital for 3 months, I did not need to learn more things I can do on my own time… I expected my outpatient therapy to continue challenging me and building strength in my affected areas. I think this place is atrocious and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I will never be returning… And I would highly recommend seeking OT or PT anywhere but here. This company should be ashamed of themselves and be embarrassed by how worthless their ‘sessions’ are.
