Just Energy

This energy company does not even deserve ONE star. The customer service is truly appalling. I have been trying to correct a billing problem that was an error on their behalf for months! Today, they turned my service off because of it. They refuse to take accountability. The ‘manager’ that I spoke to today would put me on mute for increments of 5 minutes without notifying me, and pretend he was not on the phone anytime he didn’t know what to say… truly psychopathic behavior. I encourage anybody having problems with Just Energy Texas, forget about trying to deal with them directly and instead go straight to an attorney. I am sure there are many more of us who have been wrongfully charged and I would love to get a large lawsuit going against these monsters
